To set up your room, navigate to Admin >Configuration >Rooms > Click to edit the Room you want to set up or update.

Name- Internal Room name

Display Name- External Room name, this is the room name that will appear on your schedule

Spot type-

  • None- If set to None, there will not be a Spot Scheduled room

  • Mat or Spot- If set to Mat or Spot, this will enable Spot Scheduling

This option appears greyed out to the studio. If you need to change the spot type please contact zingfit support.

Max spot count- Maximum number of spots that can be booked online.

This option appears greyed out to the studio. If you need to change the Max spot count please contact zingfit support.

Extra spot count- Additional spots that are only available in the zingfit Booker. Customers booking into the room online will not see these additional spots. This is commonly used for 'drop-ins'.

Kiosk room image - The image used on a Self Sign-in Kiosk

Is private? If the room is set to Private, it will not appear on the public website/schedule.

What if I need a new room?

We encourage you to submit a ticket to support with this request. The support team is happy to add this to your zingfit system.
