We have all forgotten a password before. The Booker has the ability to reset the client's password.
To reset a password, go to the Booker and use the search bar to locate them. You can search by first name, last name, or email address. Once you have located the customer's profile, click on the Info tab. From here, you can type a new password in the 'Change password' field.
Once changed, click Save at the bottom. You will need to communicate this password change to the client as it will override their current password.
