When a contract fails, what do you do with a booked class? The customer should either reactivate the billing method or manually cancel the class.

Can you book a class past the end of the contract? Yes, you can. ONLY if the contract is set to auto-renew.

What email correspondence is sent out on failed billing? When a contract billing fails, an email will be sent to the customer AND studio.

Will email be sent out when a credit card on file is approaching expiration? Yes, an email is sent out one month before the credit card expires.

A Contract Payment Failed, Will The System Try Again? Yes, the system will attempt to charge the payment information of the contract holder at around midnight the next day. This is true even if the payment info has been updated.

Why does the card on file say "deactivated"? If the card failed to bill twice, it will deactivate.
