zingfit offers the ability to let customers share the Series of other customers. This feature is not available in the customer interface and can only be set by studio personnel using the zingfit admin.

Both parties must be sharing with each other in order to use one another's series, but you can also set up the sharing one-way.

One-Way Sharing

Always start with the account of the customer who wants to be able to use the shared packages. The customer's Series tab can be accessed by finding a studio customer in the Booker and then selecting Series from the link menu on the customer profile card. To locate the edit sharing options for a customer, click the Activate Series Sharing button just to the right of the customer name. Multiple people can have series sharing activated and share the series of one individual.

Then, search for the customer who wants to share their packages with the first customer. Click the Share button to finalize the process.

Two-Way Sharing

Follow the steps for One-Way Sharing above. Then from the second customer's account Activate Series Sharing from their Series tab, and share with the first customer. Now both customers are able to use any sharable package on either customer account.

When a customer shares a Series, it allows the other customer to book classes as if he had purchased the Series.
