Sometimes, series expire too soon with class credits remaining. If you need to un-expire a series:
Navigate to the customer's account in the Booker. Once the customer's account is pulled up, select the 'Series' tab (sometimes labeled Packages or Paquetes (Spanish-language studios). Click the edit/pencil icon to edit that particular series. Click to unexpired the series (if the activation date needs to be set to a more recent date, do this as well).
Why can't I unexpired my series?
If the series expired due to a refund, the system will not allow you to un-expire the series. The intention behind this is to protect the studio's revenue stream.
Another reason you may be unable to use un-expire the series is if the series does not have any class credits remaining, there is nothing to expire.
**Please note that un-expiring a contract in the system is not possible. This option is only available for series**
