You can do one or all of the following:
Place text in header (and footer) of the schedule page (Site Content > Web Content > [StudioName] Reserve)
Schedule one or more non-bookable classes by creating a new Class Type and making it not-bookable (this will turn off the default system text)
If you want to show classes in future weeks, you can request a different calendar layout that will show more than one week on the page.
