You can find your Waitlist Auto Enrollment setting by clicking Admin> Configurations> System Settings then scroll down and look in the section called Booker. You will find Auto-enroll From Waitlist set to False. Send an email request to zingfit Support to set this to True. Once set, Waitlisters will be automatically booked upon cancellation by the customer. Autoenrollment will not happen if canceled is done by Studio User via the Booker. Please note that once the cancellation window has passed, the Auto Enroll From Waitlist is disabled and all Waitlisters will have to be added to the class manually by a staff member. This is done by clicking on the customer name in Waitlist to highlight the name and then clicking on the available spot.
