Studios can change the cancellation window settings.
To update this navigate to admin > configuration > studios > click the pencil to edit your studio and scroll down to "Bookable Min Before Class".
Cancel Up to: Point at which customer can cancel with no penalty
Late Cancel Up To: a point at which customer can cancel with a Late Cancel penalty
After the Late Cancel Up To period, the customer is considered a No Show. They will have the option to click "No Show" next to their enrollment in order to open a spot for another customer to enroll, but they will lose their class credit and may be charged a No Show fee as per the studio's policy.
