How do I refund a 'no-show' fee?

No show fee refunds can take place in the 'Merchandise' tab on customer profile.

Customers with a 'no show' fee can be found in the 'No Show' report in 'Admin' > 'Reporting' > 'Class Reports' > 'No Show'
