Decreasing the number of spots in your room configuration will put customers reservations at risk if the spot being removed is booked for an upcoming class.

When decreasing room count, the spots with the highest spot count are the spots that are removed in this process.

For Example: A room has 25 spots and the max spot count is decreased to 20, spots 25, 24, 23, 22, and 21 are eliminated.

Using the example above, if John was booked into spot 23, and the max spot count was decreased to 20, John's reservation is no longer in the system. This will cause disruption in bookings.
