Zingfit offers the ability for customers to rate their instructors. From the My Classes page in the customer profile, a "rate" link will appear next to each class taken in the last 14 days, giving the customer the ability to star-rate and comment on the class. A rating report is provided to analyze instructors and classes Admin > Reporting > Ratings.

The zingFit rewards program is socially-aware. Studios can reward customers for socially sharingclass bookings and for rating instructors.
