Rate a Trainer/Class allows customers to rate the previous class they attended, as well as the instructor of that class.
Why is Rating a trainer/class so Important?
It's not only important to know how your Instructors are doing when they teach their classes, but also important to know how your customers feel about their class.

If you would like to turn on or off this feature, please reach out to our support team to enable it on your account.
Once this is enabled on your account, clients will automatically have the ability to rate classes. They can only rate the classes they attended in the past 14 days.
When customers are logged in, they can go to My Classes under their profile. There will be a "rate" link that will appear next to each class taken in the last 14 days. They will have the option to leave a star rating and provide any comments on the instructor or class.
Rating Report
A rating report is provided to analyze instructors and classes Admin > Reporting > Ratings.
The Rating report allows you to filter:
by Room
by date range
The report will provide:
Average Rating, Total Ratings by Class Type
Average Rating, Total Ratings by Instructor
Within the report, you can select specific customer names to view their specific rating as well as their comments.
