Once your customer database has been successfully migrated from MindBody Online to zingFit, your existing customers can log into zingFit from your website using the "forgot password" link highlighted below
If you have duplicate customers in your MindBody database with the same email address or customers without an email address on file these customers will not be able to use the option listed below. To address this issue proactively, it is suggested that you merge duplicate customer profiles, and/or phone customers to supply an email address for every account before ordering the data migration from MindBody to zingFit.
