Customizing your Mobile App: The Store Info tab
The Store Info tab is the first form that requires completion for the mobile app.
The Store Info tab is a form and holds the information essential information to build your app.
Title: This would be your studio’s name
Note: This field allows up to 30 characters
Short Description: This gives a brief description to your app, for example, your slogan or a marketing statement.
Note: This field only allows up to 80 characters.
Full Description: A more detailed statement to elaborate on the Short Description.
This field has no limit on characters.
Keywords: This field allows you to enter the words to be associated with your app when a customer would enter into the app store, related to your studio. For example: if your studio is a spin or cycling studio, you may want to include these words. If your studio is a hot yoga studio, you may want to include these words. Each word or phrase must be comma separated (eg “indoor cycling, HIIT, fitness, atlanta, wellness”)
Note: This field only allows up to 100 characters
Marketing & Support Websites: These fields are commonly used the studio’s websites address. However, If you have a Contact Us page on your site, that would be good to use for the Support website. Each URL must begin with either http:// or https:// (not just “www”)
Publish to Store: This field is asking what geographical area to publish the app in. Most studios do elect to publish internationally in the case of a traveling customer.
Copyright: Please document the current year in this field.
Images:
Feature Graphic: In the event that the Google Play store chooses your app as a featured app, this is the banner that will be shown to users in the Play store.
Note: This field requires an image sized exactly to 1024x500.
Android App Icon: This is an upload to provide the image icon for the android app.
Note: This field requires an image sized exactly to 512x512.
iOS App Icon: This is an upload to provide the image icon for the iOS (Apple) app.
Note: This field requires an image sized exactly to 1024x1024
The remaining fields are the contact information for the studio.
If you fill out information and do not complete or need to return to fill out additional information, please only click “Next”.
Once you complete and are satisfied with the information in the form, please click “Complete & Next” at the bottom of the page.
