The zingfit team is not permitted to alter or make changes to any data points within your studio's account.
This includes, but is not limited to the following:
Reporting data points
Series or contract activation dates
Bulk updates such as Deletions (customer accounts, series, contracts, etc.) and Expiration dates
Spot Room updates such as unavailable/available/on hold spots
Retroactive settings to series and contracts
Refund or transactions
We take pride in data integrity within the zingfit system. Unfortunately, we cannot fulfill any requests that require changing or altering your studio's system data.
