Stripe Disputes

On Stripe Connect Express, all disputes will be communicated directly to the studio through an email. This email will include all the information you need to process a dispute if desired, including but not limited to:

  • Customer name and email address

  • Transaction date, amount, and ID

  • Dispute Reason

  • Account information

How to process a dispute

Please note:

  • We can only submit one dispute per chargeback

  • We cannot backdate submissions on previously expired, or submitted chargebacks
